The Brazilian Shorthair

That animal was due recognized on the national scope by the Brazilian Cat Federation on 1989, due a well-done work leded by the Engineerand Senior International Judge of the World Cat Federation - WCF (Germany) its chairrnan on charge in the occasion, as well by Dr. Paulo S. Ruschi from the Govem Council of the Cat Fancy (England). That animal was due accepted on 1994 as a Keltic and also recognized by the World Cat Federation.

So healthfull, not have the troubles wich they are specifics for the others races. and also it is sö to adapt oneself as well as possible to any environment.

lt is a medium cat. Proceeding from the Keltic Shorthair, go way from it in several and multiple details, which ones we will explain right down:

- its general view it is of a strong cat, brawny, but elegant and utmostly agile;

- All the collor are very well admited, also including the demarcated tips;

- coat: all the colours are due accepted and already recognized by the WCF for the persian race, adding Harlequin torbie, torbie smoke, ginger, torbie and white, cinammon.
